All paid for files available to download from my website www.dottiedigitals.com and from my Etsy store come with a Free Personal & Commercial Use Licence. This means my files are perfect to help you create your small business. You can sell as many physical products as you like or make them as gifts for friends and family. 

In short if you buy any file you can make and sell as many physical products or use to make gifts for friends and family.

In short if you use any FREE file and want to make and sell products you need to purchase a Personal & Commercial Use Licence. (Price – $1.49)

We are now offering a new Print On Demand Licence for those who wish to use sites like Red Bubble/Zazzle.  Please click here to buy this Licence.

What you CAN do with my files

Please note each individual product will come with a Free Personal & Commercial Use Licence unless you are downloading a free file then you will need to purchase a Personal & Commercial Use Licence to sell commercially.  You can always upgrade both your Free Personal & Commercial Use Licence or a Personal & Commercial Use Licence to a Print On Demand Use Licence (P.O.D.).

Please note if you need any clarification contact us. 

  • Use these files to make physical items such as cups, t-shirts and other apparel. With T&Cs applied. 
  •  Make as many physical items to sell as you like. 
  • Share images of your physical products to social media (I would appreciate tagging but this is not a requirement).
  • Use these files in your DTF/ UVDTF business to sell physical items. 

What you CANNOT do with my files

  • Upload the files to print on demand sites such as Redbubble without a Print On Demand Use Licence (P.O.D.).
  • You may not under any circumstances do the following:-
  • Resell these files.
  • Edit or tweak the files for personal use or to resell or share.
  • Share the files with anyone else.
  • Upload these files or use in any form of web design.

Licence 2 – Free For Personal Use Licence. (Price – $0.00) This Licence comes FREE as standard with all Free Product Files – No physical Licence will be sent.
This allows you, the purchaser, to create as many physical products as you wish for yourself, friends and family.  You may not sell any physical products unless you purchase the Commercial Licence below.

Licence 3 – Personal & Commercial Use Licence. (Price – $1.49) For Use With Free Product Files – (This Licence can only be purchased when you are downloading a FREE Product File) and allows you, the purchaser, to create as many physical products as you wish for yourself, friends and family AND use this design to create and SELL unlimited physical products.
Please note this Licence only covers the one FREE file so for example if you download a FREE file of a dog design you must buy this Licence for that design/product and if you also download a cat design you must purchase another Licence as well. This can be purchased HERE and will require you to enter the product’s SKU number (this can be found on all product pages just below the Add To Cart button) when purchasing.  Please add your SKU Number to the Additional Information box on the Checkout Page.

Licence 4 – Print On Demand Use Licence (P.O.D.). (Price – $49.99)
This Licence allows you, the purchaser, to create as many physical products as you wish for yourself, friends and family AND use this design to create and SELL unlimited physical products. This allows you to use P.O.D. services ie. Red Bubble, Zazzle and/or any other Print on Demand services to create and sell physical products.
Please note this Licence only covers the one design, FREE or purchased files, so for example if you buy/download a file of a dog design you must buy a P.O.D. Licence for that design/product and if you also buy/download a cat design you must purchase another P.O.D. Licence as well. This can be purchased HERE and will require you to enter the product’s SKU number (this can be found on all product pages just below the Add To Cart button) when purchasing.  Please add your SKU Number to the Additional Information box on the Checkout Page.
